Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, maintain, and optimize full-stack Java enterprise software.
- Create and execute software validation test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Troubleshoot software issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve defects.
- Automate software validation and support continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring activities.
- Document solutions, specifications, project status, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Provide customer-focused status updates, collect requirements and feedback, and support timely delivery.
- Prepare MIS and project reports and participate in continuing education and skills training.
Requirements
- Mandatory full-stack Java enterprise skills.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, code, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software.
- Ability to develop automated validation processes and execute software test cases.
- Ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders and produce clear technical documentation and reports.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages, follow current best practices, and complete assigned certifications.
