Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and product teams to understand customer requirements and design satellite communication solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new customers.
- Design and execute proofs of concept and oversee installation, configuration, and testing of Quvia systems.
- Provide customer-facing technical advice, troubleshooting, training, and workshops for satellite communication systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and services.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and manage multiple workstreams.
Requirements
- Strong networking skills, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, network services, and VPNs.
- Knowledge of telecommunications, particularly satellite or wireless systems.
- Experience or familiarity with SD-WAN platforms such as Cisco Meraki, Viptela, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Juniper.
- Exposure to virtual infrastructure and familiarity with basic automation and Linux.
- Strong communication, customer relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
