Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of MES CORE Rockwell PharmaSuite components.
- Define and evolve architectures, reference patterns, non-functional requirements, fitness functions, data models, taxonomies, ontologies, integration pathways, and architecture decision records.
- Maintain technology roadmaps and assess impacts, dependencies, risks, and application landscapes across multiple solutions.
- Perform certificate management, Windows scripting and automation, operating system operations, Kubernetes orchestration, application deployment, configuration, and hardening.
- Troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, manage technical debt, evaluate new technologies, and improve existing solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, stakeholder consultation, and guidance across product teams.
- Ensure technical solutions and changes comply with GxP, GMP, GAMP5, Roche Quality Standards, and validation and documentation practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing IT and MES environments, preferably with Rockwell PharmaSuite.
- Expert knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, PowerShell, Kubernetes, certificate management, PKI, application engineering, and operations for manufacturing-critical systems.
- Experience designing standards-based solutions in complex or multiple-solution product contexts and maintaining roadmaps and application landscapes.
- Experience developing architecture practices, mentoring others, defining reference architectures and non-functional requirements, and creating data and integration models.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, negotiation, stakeholder influence, and international collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Linux shell scripting experience is a plus.
