Base Salary
$140k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their AssemblyAI journey.
- Onboard customers and integrate AssemblyAI voice AI models into current and future product features.
- Evaluate customer use cases and identify opportunities to incorporate voice AI into product roadmaps.
- Manage a portfolio of technical customers and provide timely, high-quality support, primarily asynchronously.
- Lead commercial and project meetings demonstrating the value of AssemblyAI’s voice AI capabilities.
- Drive customer API usage across product offerings and end-user use cases.
- Build customer relationships, advocate for customers, and provide feedback that informs the product roadmap.
- Help customers select appropriate plans, models, use cases, and commercial agreements.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a technical account manager, account manager, solutions architect, sales engineer, or technical consultant.
- Preferred experience with SQL, Python, React, and web development frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools is a strong plus.
- Ability to identify voice AI integration opportunities and create detailed execution plans.
- Strong customer problem-solving skills and willingness to work across software engineering, product management, account management, and support.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, switch contexts frequently, and take expansive ownership.
