Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Write production-grade Go and Python code to optimize AI unit economics.
- Implement performance engineering techniques like prefix caching and model quantization.
- Assist in developing model catalogs and automated benchmarking tools.
- Manage a global GPU footprint to ensure 99.9% uptime for production workloads.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to learn complex system architectures.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of software engineering experience with an interest in ML platforms and AI techniques.
- Solid understanding of at least one backend language, preferably Python or Go.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a desire to build production-grade systems.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Familiarity with containerization and cloud infrastructure is a plus.
