Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions connecting applications such as Salesforce CRM and Google Cloud services.
- Lead complex, enterprise-scale integrations across multiple systems, data sources, and platforms.
- Serve as technical integration lead for major initiatives and partner with software, data, infrastructure, and architecture teams.
- Define integration standards, patterns, reusable components, and best practices across teams.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions while improving software engineering practices.
- Automate system configuration and data workflows and support cloud-based API integrations.
- Lead solution craftsmanship, availability, resilience, scalability, interoperability, and performance.
- Configure and administer enterprise Secure Email Gateways.
- Mentor engineers and participate in internal and external technology communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 years of experience designing and maintaining cross-platform or cloud integrations.
- At least 3 years of experience automating system configuration or data workflows.
- At least 1 year of experience configuring and administering enterprise Secure Email Gateways.
- Preferred: 5+ years in cloud-based environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred: 3+ years developing or supporting API-based integrations using tools such as AWS Lambda, Step Functions, or MuleSoft.
- Preferred: 5+ years with deployment tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory.
- Preferred: experience with identity and access management, large-scale integrations or cloud data pipelines, reusable integration frameworks, enterprise reference architectures, and observability tools.

- Full-time annual salary ranges vary by location: $149,800-$171,000 in Richmond, VA and $164,800-$188,100 in McLean, VA.
