Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Work with product owners to understand application capabilities and testing scenarios.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across development tools and technologies.
- Design and implement integrations connecting enterprise applications, Salesforce CRM, Google Cloud services, data sources, and platforms.
- Lead complex, enterprise-scale integration initiatives and serve as the technical integration lead for major projects.
- Partner with software, data, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure interoperability, performance, and reliable delivery.
- Define integration standards, patterns, best practices, reference architectures, and reusable frameworks.
- Automate system configuration and data workflows.
- Mentor engineering community members and promote innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 years of experience designing and maintaining cross-platform or cloud integrations.
- At least 3 years of experience automating system configuration or data workflows.
- Preferred: 5+ years in cloud-based environments using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred: 3+ years developing or supporting API-based integrations with scripting or orchestration tools such as AWS Lambda, Step Functions, or MuleSoft.
- Preferred: 5+ years with deployment tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory.
- Preferred: 5+ years implementing large-scale integration solutions or cloud data pipelines.
- Preferred experience with identity and access management, reusable integration frameworks, enterprise reference architectures, and observability or monitoring tools.
- Preferred familiarity with CloudWatch, Splunk, or Datadog.

- Full-time annual salary varies by location: $149,800-$171,000 in Plano or Richmond, $164,800-$188,100 in McLean, and $179,700-$205,100 in New York.
- This role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including potential cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
- The role is expected to accept applications for a minimum of 5 business days.
