Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architectures for data, analytics, AI, and application solutions.
- Develop and integrate custom applications and advanced platforms.
- Define and industrialize data pipelines and AI/ML models using MLOps practices.
- Manage development and release processes, including DevOps and CI/CD.
- Govern data architectures and integrations between systems.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of data engineers, data scientists, and cloud engineers.
- Set technical direction and mentor team members.
- Plan activities and manage complex project delivery.
- Manage relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders on use cases and roadmaps.
- Support pre-sales initiatives and define project solutions.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Scout and introduce innovative solutions involving AI, Generative AI, and IoT.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python for application development, data processing, and advanced modeling.
- Consolidated experience in data science, machine learning, and AI, preferably including Generative AI.
- Strong SQL skills covering modeling, optimization, and data management.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience designing scalable data and application architectures.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
- Familiarity with API development and systems integration.
- Experience using and customizing scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience managing teams and complex project deliveries.
- Excellent senior-level stakeholder management, communication, structured working, and results orientation.
- Senior professional profile with experience handling complex contexts and multidisciplinary teams.
