Responsibilities
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Facilitate solution design and integration across the enterprise technology stack, AI models, and multi-provider platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and technical problems.
- Monitor and maintain applications to support reliability and performance.
- Analyze system performance and implement improvements.
- Contribute to application support processes and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Document findings and solutions for future reference.
- Train and support junior team members and participate actively in team discussions.
- Work independently and become a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Experience with application monitoring tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for routine-task automation.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
