Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate engineering solutions for Treasury trading, balance management, liquidity reporting, and benchmarking applications.
- Perform hands-on full-stack software development using Java and related technologies.
- Take end-to-end responsibility from design through deployment across environments and into production.
- Partner closely with Treasury stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams and geographies.
- Provide engineering thought leadership and mentor and coach junior engineers.
- Promote healthy team communication and continuous improvement in delivery practices.
- Apply unit and integration testing, code quality, security, messaging, and integration practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with hands-on Java development and SQL writing skills.
- Proficiency in full-stack development with Java, React, Angular 8+, and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Experience developing cloud-based full-stack applications and delivering solutions end to end.
- Working knowledge of JMS, PubSub, messaging and integration patterns, REST, and SOA.
- Strong experience with unit and integration testing and test-driven development.
- Knowledge of code quality and security tools and practices including Sonar and Veracode.
- Experience with Python is desirable.
- Experience using AI tools is required or expected as stated in the posting.
