Base Salary
$108k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy release candidates to production with system integration engineers.
- Participate in test, staging, and production deployments.
- Integrate containerized Appian using Kubernetes, Rancher, Helm, and DevOpsSec tools.
- Maintain services and procedures for a big-data pipeline using Kafka, Elasticsearch, and Python/Java microservices on Kubernetes.
- Monitor automated system integration tests and identify failed modules and components.
- Manage individual project priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to provide quality service and products to the customer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
- Experience with Appian, containerization, development or scripting, especially Python and Bash.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools, especially GitLab or Jenkins.
- Experience with Agile practices and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes systems at scale, message-passing systems such as Kafka, production or enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, Appian certification, and Appian integration with databases.
- Preferred technologies include Java, Prometheus, Grafana, PostgreSQL, SALT, GraphQL, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Helm, and Helmfile.
- At least one DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II or higher certification, such as CCNA Security, CySA+, Security+ CE, SSCP, or CISSP or Associate, is preferred.
- Ability to obtain Privileged User Account certification under DoD 8570 policy.

- Advertised pay range is $107,900.00–$195,050.00.
