Base Salary
$165k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the Capacity product end to end, including scoping, design, implementation, and iteration.
- Translate complex operational requirements into clean product experiences.
- Build and maintain full-stack features across the Capacity toolchain.
- Identify and eliminate workflow bottlenecks and manual processes.
- Instrument work with observability and monitoring.
- Partner with SRE and Infra teams to ensure operational accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with end-to-end product ownership.
- Strong full-stack proficiency, including NextJS, Javascript, Postgres/Drizzle, Tailwind, and AWS.
- Ability to work with non-engineering stakeholders to translate requirements.
- Experience building internal tooling or operational platforms in high-growth environments.
- High ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Interest in AI/ML infrastructure and familiarity with GPU infrastructure is a plus.
