Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition rapid prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and MCP servers.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic system accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify repeatable field patterns and platform friction, converting them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams and promote development practices that support long-term adoption and project success.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and provide embedded customer implementation support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Eight years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as GCP.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures for enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics and techniques for state-management optimization and granular tracing.
