Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Boomi integration flows across SAP S/4, Salesforce, Shopify, MDM, and other SaaS applications.
- Develop and consume REST-based APIs and interface services, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
- Create integration artifacts, technical documentation, and configuration details.
- Collaborate with integration architects, technical leads, business analysts, and delivery teams to refine requirements and implement solutions.
- Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing and troubleshoot integration defects and performance issues.
- Support production integrations through monitoring, incident investigation, defect resolution, root-cause analysis, and on-call or escalation rotations.
- Implement fixes and enhancements to improve integration stability and performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on system integrations.
- At least 3 years of API development experience, including REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
- Knowledge of synchronous, asynchronous, and event-based integration patterns and data transformations.
- Experience integrating with SAP S/4 using APIs, IDocs, or similar mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience with Postman or similar API testing and validation tools.
- Experience integrating with NoSQL or relational database technologies and understanding integration data structures.
- Familiarity with cloud and SaaS integrations, middleware integration platforms, API gateways, and monitoring tools.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments and large enterprise integration environments.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
