Base Salary
$149k - $224k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical architecture and hands-on implementation for enterprise customer engagements.
- Design and build integrations between Slack, Salesforce products, and third-party systems.
- Configure and extend Slack capabilities, including workflows, Slackbot skills, Slack AI, admin APIs, and custom apps.
- Partner with Solution Designers, Delivery Managers, and customer technical teams to validate feasibility, scope work, and identify risks.
- Create architecture diagrams, integration specifications, configuration documentation, and deployment documentation.
- Lead customer technical workshops, troubleshoot issues, and guide technical trade-off decisions.
- Ensure solutions follow security, governance, scalability, and maintainability best practices.
- Support post-launch technical adoption through admin enablement, troubleshooting, and platform health checks.
- Develop reusable technical patterns, accelerators, and AI-native tooling to improve delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of technical architecture, integration engineering, or hands-on technical consulting experience, preferably in SaaS or professional services.
- Hands-on experience building integrations and custom solutions on collaboration, workflow, or CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Slack features and Salesforce core clouds, with experience in or ability to work with Agentforce.
- Hands-on experience with API-based architecture and integration patterns, including REST, webhooks, event streams, and middleware such as MuleSoft.
- Coding or scripting ability with technologies such as JavaScript/Node, Apex, or Python.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of or ability to quickly learn the Salesforce Delivery Methodology.
- Curiosity, continuous learning, and willingness to share technical knowledge and reusable patterns.
