Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents, custom connectors, and workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, data sources, and Microsoft Graph.
- Apply prompt engineering and generative AI models to improve Copilot capabilities and responses.
- Use Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and AI Builder to create intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop and enforce AI governance policies covering responsible use, data handling, and lifecycle management.
- Configure access controls and implement security, auditing, logging, and data protection mechanisms such as Microsoft Purview.
- Work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Create training materials, documentation, prompt libraries, workshops, and demonstrations to support user adoption.
- Monitor AI performance, usage telemetry, and system health, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage Power Platform application lifecycle processes, including CI/CD pipelines, ALM practices, and version control.
- Stay current with Microsoft AI technologies and recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure AI services.
- Programming or scripting experience with Python or PowerShell for automation and integration.
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, large language models, conversational AI design, and prompt engineering.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), are preferred.
