Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to architect and advance observability products.
- Drive comprehensive end-to-end feature development from proof of concept to delivery.
- Identify opportunities for product and user experience improvements based on data insights.
- Provide mentorship and support to teammates, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Lead and contribute to code reviews, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Advance engineering standards, tooling, and processes across the organization.
- Stay updated on frontend development trends and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience focused on frontend development.
- Willingness to work 2 days per week in the Oakland, CA office.
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript libraries and tooling, such as React.
- Experience building data-focused products like experimentation platforms or analytics dashboards.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering impactful solutions.
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Strong understanding of observability and monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-directed approach to work.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with distributed teams.
