Responsibilities
- Turn agreed product scope into working mobile products and testable releases.
- Build and maintain mobile experiences while contributing across platforms and technologies as needed.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to use data, user insights, and hypotheses to guide implementation and validate outcomes.
- Apply and improve advanced AI-native workflows across development, testing, and validation.
- Integrate AI capabilities where they add value to products.
- Improve accessibility, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to deployment, maintenance, and operation while taking responsibility for delivered software.
- Share knowledge, review colleagues’ work, and help develop team practices.
Requirements
- Strong native mobile engineering experience in Swift for iOS or Kotlin for Android, including production delivery and maintenance, APIs, automated testing, debugging, and release processes.
- Hands-on capability in at least one additional area, such as a second mobile platform, frontend, or backend development.
- Experience using advanced AI-native workflows such as agent-based or spec-driven development, including structuring work for AI, providing context, evaluating results, and owning production quality.
- Experience working in a product organization and cross-functional product team with product managers and designers.
- Ability to use data and user insights to test hypotheses, validate value, and share responsibility for post-release outcomes.
- Experience developing for both iOS and Android, strong frontend or backend skills, or experience with accessibility, mobile performance, media, or streaming products is a bonus.
- Ability to demonstrate where AI improved delivery and where it required additional care, and to challenge existing practices constructively.
