Responsibilities
- Provide technical and procedural direction for software design, implementation, maintenance, and development processes.
- Lead project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
- Define the process by which software is designed and developed.
- Coach and advise other engineers and manage external contractors and consultants.
- Recommend operational strategies and plans with direct impact on results.
- Influence business decisions and communicate with executive leadership on strategically important matters.
