Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions and make well-reasoned technical decisions.
- Develop complex features, maintain critical systems, and continuously improve existing functionality.
- Build Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled processes, and Lightning Web Components.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, callouts, and connected apps.
- Mentor teammates, share knowledge, guide technical problem-solving, and promote engineering best practices.
- Participate in standups, planning, retrospectives, demos, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Proficiency writing clean, efficient Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled processes.
- Strong expertise building modular, high-performance Lightning Web Components.
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET or another object-oriented programming language.
- Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, callouts, and connected apps.
- Hands-on experience with Git, deployment pipelines, Salesforce DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Ability to write robust unit tests achieving 75% or greater code coverage.
- Familiarity with Aura and Visualforce for maintaining or enhancing legacy components.
