Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, scalable full-stack features and maintain critical systems.
- Develop front-end solutions with React and back-end services using C# and .NET.
- Contribute to code quality, testing, automation, performance optimization, and code reviews.
- Resolve technical challenges and deliver practical hands-on solutions.
- Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other team ceremonies.
- Guide technical discussions, drive engineering decisions, and mentor teammates.
- Share technical knowledge and adopt emerging tools and technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a record of delivering clean, high-quality code.
- Proficiency in full-stack development using React, C#, and .NET 6 or above.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, CosmosDB, and Kafka.
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration and engineering discussions.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, guide decisions, and mentor peers.
