Base Salary
$183k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams and Customer Engineers to assess feasibility, shape proposals, and validate Forward Deployed Engineering engagements.
- Lead technical design for secure, enterprise-grade AI integrations with customer data pipelines, identity providers, and compliance boundaries.
- Diagnose complex implementation issues, identify product bugs, and test workarounds to remove execution roadblocks.
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve systemic deployment blockers and turn field feedback into actionable feature requests.
- Own technical delivery strategy and provide architectural guidance alongside customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Seven years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience with system design or reading code in languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Preferred experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML model deployments.
- Strong ability to investigate novel technical problems, resolve ambiguity, diagnose bugs, and develop credible architectural solutions.
- Excellent executive communication skills and ability to translate technical integration issues into business impact.
