
Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver microservices, batch applications, ETL jobs, and full-stack application functionality.
- Lead frontend integrations using Angular, HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Plan, deploy, manage, and optimize highly available applications on Google Cloud Platform and Google App Engine.
- Architect and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines and manage environment stability.
- Lead Agile sprint execution, translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, and consult with internal business groups.
- Manage Oracle schemas and SQL queries, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering and application security standards.
- Design intelligent AI agents and integrate them into backend services using prompt engineering.
- Develop and maintain test automation, documentation, software integrations, and application functionality.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide senior-level technical consulting to IT management and technical staff.
- Evaluate technology standards, advise on emerging technologies, and contribute to implementation and integration strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 10 years of software development experience; the posting also cites 12+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
- Advanced full-stack development experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, batch processing, ETL pipelines, and Oracle relational databases.
- Experience with Angular or React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, C#, and related frontend or backend technologies.
- Proven experience planning, deploying, and maintaining highly available architectures on Google Cloud Platform and Google App Engine.
- Demonstrated mastery of DevOps strategies and CI/CD lifecycle automation.
- Experience leading engineering teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and delivering within Agile frameworks.
- Understanding of security principles, relational databases, architecture design, application frameworks, and containerization.
- Experience consulting with business stakeholders, selecting and implementing vendor-specific methodologies, and using structured methodologies.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, teamwork, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
