Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and security teams to deliver solutions.
- Drive coding, testing, and deployment best practices for high-quality software delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and foster continuous learning.
- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technology strategy.
- Conduct code reviews and assist with debugging.
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, privacy, performance, and quality standards.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while coordinating with stakeholders.
- Execute the full software development lifecycle with hands-on coding involvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 10–14 years of full-stack software development experience is required.
- Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue and back-end technologies such as Java and Spring Framework.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, SQL/PL SQL, and performance tuning.
- Oracle knowledge is a plus.
- Leadership experience in software development projects within a financial services environment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
