Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design, program, test, integrate, and maintain efficient scalable client-side and server-side software.
- Develop test plans and automation suites, participate in code reviews, and maintain software functionality and technical currency.
- Create flowcharts, layouts, documentation, and technical solutions that satisfy requirements.
- Execute full lifecycle software development while applying security and privacy principles.
- Facilitate technical discussions, oversee team development work, and promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and participate in Agile ceremonies to support timely program-level delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of full-stack technical experience.
- Strong Java, Spring Boot, and REST development experience, including microservices and event-driven architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience with Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing test automation with Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools.
- RDBMS knowledge is beneficial; Test-Driven Development experience is preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Git, and CI/CD, plus strong technical and communication skills.
- Financial services or fintech experience is preferred.
