Responsibilities
- Implement quality engineering standards in software development and testing processes.
- Identify and resolve software defects to optimize performance and user experience.
- Use Selenium for browser automation and conduct functional and compatibility testing.
- Design and manage quality assurance processes and collaborate on test cases and protocols.
- Perform user acceptance testing to validate client requirements.
- Analyze data to inform process improvements, insights, and recommendations.
- Manage post-go-live support for emerging software issues.
- Adapt to changing client needs and technological advancements while collaborating with global teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
- At least 4 years of experience is required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Selenium and QA methodologies is expected.
- Experience with Playwright with MCP, Tosca, Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Karate, REST Assured, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket is listed as preferred.
- Experience with SQL, debugging and analysis, test management, and AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Industry experience in banking and insurance, pharma and healthcare, telecom, or media and technology is listed as a preferred qualification.
