Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project alignment and timely delivery.
- Design scalable software architectures, integrate data systems, and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Capital Markets Reference Data.
- Proficiency in Capital Markets Reference Data.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data-system integration and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Skill in troubleshooting software defects and performance issues.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
