Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-grade OData V2/V4 services using the ABAP RAP framework.
- Model business objects and implement transactional logic, CRUD operations, actions, and determinations.
- Design ABAP CDS data models with annotations for Fiori Elements applications, search, and analytics.
- Build side-by-side and developer extensibility solutions on SAP BTP ABAP Environment while applying clean-core principles.
- Implement business events and consume external APIs for hybrid SAP and non-SAP workflows.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead software quality and delivery best practices, mentor junior team members, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud, including ABAP RAP, ABAP CDS, and cloud extensibility.
- Experience with object-oriented programming and modularization in SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud development frameworks and integration methods.
- Ability to optimize enterprise application code for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and deployment processes in cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
