Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to execute technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers through pull request reviews.
- Act as a trusted technical decision-maker in team settings.
Requirements
- BS/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages.
- 4+ years of experience building backend applications in a cross-functional team.
- 2+ years of experience coaching other engineers.
- 2+ years of experience as a technical decision-maker.
