Base Salary
$90k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and operational excellence for critical trading platforms.
- Build automated and reusable cloud solutions and Infrastructure as Code components.
- Develop monitoring, dashboards, alerts, incident response, production recovery, and operational readiness capabilities.
- Automate deployment and infrastructure workflows using source control and CI/CD platforms.
- Apply SRE practices including service-level objectives, post-incident improvements, runbooks, and toil reduction.
- Support cloud adoption, cloud-native environments, resilient enterprise applications, and AI-assisted operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with application engineering, architecture, platform, cybersecurity, and support teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Operations, or a related technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting production applications in public cloud or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, cloud infrastructure automation, source control, code review, and CI/CD automation.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, incident response, production recovery, and operational readiness.
- Experience building dashboards, alerts, and monitoring solutions using Grafana or comparable platforms.
- Experience developing automation with Python, Go, Java, Bash, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
- Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools with validation, governance, and human oversight.
- Working knowledge of SRE practices including service-level objectives, post-incident improvement, runbooks, and toil reduction.
- Preferred experience with Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Run, Google Compute Engine, Grafana administration, Prometheus-compatible monitoring, OpenTelemetry, log aggregation, alerting, GitHub Actions, security scanning, policy controls, software supply-chain practices, containerization, Kubernetes, AIOps, and highly available cloud environments.
- Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and operational decision-making skills.
