Responsibilities
- Build and improve modern web applications, backend services, APIs, and data models.
- Work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, deployment, and production operations based on client project needs.
- Advise clients on suitable technologies, architecture, and delivery approaches.
- Contribute to cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring, debugging, testing, and production improvements.
- Collaborate with client technology teams, business stakeholders, designers, product teams, and other disciplines.
- Clarify ambiguous requirements and turn them into working software.
- Take responsibility for delivery while supporting the team and helping it progress.
- Use modern development practices, including AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
Requirements
- Strong experience in modern frontend development, such as TypeScript and React or comparable technologies.
- Strong experience in backend service development, such as Node.js, Java, Kotlin, Python, or comparable technologies.
- Experience building, shipping, and improving production-grade digital products.
- Comfort working across implementation, testing, deployment, and production operations.
- Understanding of cloud environments, CI/CD, deployments, and production system operations.
- Ability to work directly with clients, stakeholders, and other disciplines in a senior, consultative role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous product or technical situations.
- Hands-on technical mindset with the ability to contribute actively and help the team move forward.
- Fluent written and verbal English skills.
- Nice-to-have experience with customer-facing digital products, online services, ecommerce, subscriptions, internal platforms, analytics, content, martech, high-traffic or business-critical systems, platform engineering, infrastructure-as-code, DevOps practices, integrations, SDKs, developer tooling, or mobile development.
