Responsibilities
- Build products based on real-time video, audio, and data streams.
- Translate AI research into high-performance, low-latency production services.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and developers on descriptive and generative video and audio models.
- Maintain code quality and enforce software development best practices.
- Define model-deployment practices and develop and manage Python microservices and APIs integrating with generative AI models.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python, including asynchronous programming, multiprocessing, profiling, and performance tuning.
- Understanding of video streaming and experience with real-time systems such as GStreamer, WebRTC, and RTSP.
- Familiarity with messaging systems including RabbitMQ and Kafka.
- Knowledge of GPU acceleration and hardware optimization.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in high-performance systems.
- Experience with on-premise cloud deployment platforms including AWS and Azure.
- Experience with model performance optimization using TensorRT or ONNX is useful.
- Knowledge of ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch and computer vision with OpenCV is useful.
