Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and support integration flows using SAP Cloud Integration.
- Integrate SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Concur, Benefit Focus, WFS, and other SAP applications with third-party systems.
- Configure API, SOAP, OData, REST, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, HTTP, and HTTPS integrations.
- Develop graphical, message, XSLT, and Groovy-based mappings and transformations.
- Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, retries, and alerting.
- Configure credentials, certificates, OAuth, PGP, and secure connectivity artifacts.
- Support APIs, webhooks, proxies, and enterprise middleware integrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing and resolve defects.
- Prepare technical specifications, interface mapping documents, and support documentation.
- Participate in deployment, release management, and production support activities.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in SAP integration technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite Cloud Integration.
- Experience developing end-to-end integration scenarios.
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, XML, JSON, CSV, and EDI formats.
- Knowledge of IDoc, RFC, SFTP, HTTP, and HTTPS adapters.
- Experience with message mappings, value mappings, content modifiers, routers, and splitters.
- Experience with Groovy scripting and XSLT transformations.
- Knowledge of API authentication and certificate-based security.
- Experience with SAP Cloud Connector and connectivity to on-premises systems.
- Knowledge of integration monitoring and error-handling frameworks.
