Base Salary
$160k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout onboarding and ongoing partnerships.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer use cases, technical requirements, and success criteria.
- Lead customer onboarding, integration, and production rollout activities.
- Provide technical guidance on product capabilities, APIs, integrations, and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and debug customer issues, escalating and collaborating with engineering teams when needed.
- Assess, prioritize, coordinate, track, and communicate customer requests and issue resolutions.
- Maintain customer relationships through regular check-ins, support communications, and relevant product updates.
- Share customer health, feedback, and product needs with the internal team.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, quarterly planning, and daily stand-ups.
- Manage APIs and integrations to ensure seamless customer functionality.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience supporting software implementation.
- Full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Ability to connect with customers, build strong partnerships, and provide technical guidance.
- Strong ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work outside a defined domain.
- Located in San Francisco or the Bay Area, or willing to relocate.
- Healthcare experience is not required; familiarity with HIPAA, FHIR, HIE, IHE, EHR/EMR, NPI, TEFCA, ADT, HL7, HEDIS, RAF, SNOMED, LOINC, or ICD-10 is a plus.
