Responsibilities

  • Own the design, development, deployment, and delivery leadership of production-grade agentic AI solutions for supply planning and manufacturing.
  • Architect multi-agent systems using orchestrator-executor patterns, tool calling, memory management, agent coordination, MCP, and agentic design patterns.
  • Build generative AI solutions including RAG knowledge agents, forecasting and capacity-planning decision support, document intelligence, and Microsoft Copilot agents.
  • Integrate enterprise data sources and build MCP servers or clients to expose databases, APIs, SharePoint, and ERP data as structured agent context.
  • Develop Azure Databricks transformations and feature work using PySpark, SQL, Delta tables, notebooks, and Workflows.
  • Build Power BI reports and semantic models for AI grounding data and executive dashboards.
  • Define AI governance covering prompt versioning, tool auditing, evaluations, observability, logging, safety guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Partner with supply chain, demand planning, process engineering, maintenance, and plant stakeholders to identify and deliver AI use cases.
  • Own supply chain AI metrics alignment and mentor analysts and engineers on agentic AI design and delivery practices.

Requirements

  • A master's degree in mathematics, computer science, data science, information systems, engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant analytics or AI experience, or a bachelor's degree in chemical, industrial, computer science, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience building or consuming MCP servers and clients and exposing enterprise data sources as MCP tools.
  • Experience designing and implementing multi-agent architectures with Azure AI Agent Service, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or LangGraph.
  • Strong Python engineering skills for production AI agents and pipelines, including REST API integration, prompt versioning, evaluation frameworks, and observability.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two of Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, or Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in Databricks, Python, SQL, Delta Lake, PySpark, and notebooks.
  • Strong functional knowledge of supply planning or manufacturing, including areas such as S&OP, inventory, order management, maintenance, capacity planning, or OEE.
  • Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA supply chain and manufacturing modules is required.
  • Ability to translate business problems into agentic AI solutions and communicate with technical and executive audiences.
  • Preferred qualifications include production AI agent deployment, knowledge graphs or Neo4j, Palantir Foundry, Azure ML, MLflow, Databricks Asset Bundles, Docker, Git, and operational KPI frameworks.
