Base Salary
$80k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and support core platform infrastructure and corresponding data sources.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, deployment automation, and developer experience.
- Automate manual processes and write maintainable code for infrastructure deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
- Participate in incident response and troubleshooting to resolve infrastructure issues.
- Monitor infrastructure and processes, improve reliability, and minimize infrastructure costs.
- Evaluate technologies and shared services, make recommendations, and support engineering standards and best practices.
- Assist with security and regulatory compliance and maintain infrastructure documentation, diagrams, and architecture records.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Significant experience with GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience deploying and maintaining containerized and serverless workloads.
- Experience with relational, columnar, and NoSQL databases and datastores.
- Proficiency provisioning and maintaining Linux-based infrastructure and container architectures using Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.
- Preferred experience with Airflow, EMR, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Helm, Argo CD, and real-time monitoring or observability tooling.
