Base Salary
$197k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop front-end applications using JavaScript, Angular, React, Node, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, and Java.
- Own the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions.
- Work with distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
- Apply test-driven development and support cross-browser and cross-device development.
- Mentor engineering community members and participate in internal and external technology communities.
- Stay current with technology trends and experiment with emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience required; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 1 year of cloud computing experience required, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in JavaScript, React, Angular, Node, TypeScript, or Java preferred.
- 4+ years of experience with open source frameworks preferred.
- 1+ year of people management experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience with Agile practices preferred.
- Experience using interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion preferred.

- Annual salary ranges vary by location: McLean, Virginia, $197,300–$225,100; New York, New York, $215,200–$245,600.
