Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, customize, and extend SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving SAP FI and Central Finance components.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Manage team activities, provide solutions across teams, and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
- Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance and customization of its modules.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and ERP integration.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver software solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
