Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts for backend services, frontend applications, and mobile platforms.
- Develop testing plans covering functionality, performance, security validation, and edge cases.
- Lead simulation and stress testing to assess system stability, response times, and behavior under load.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to embed automated testing strategies.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment processes.
- Analyze test metrics, results, and coverage data to identify gaps and improve testing methodologies.
- Mentor engineering teams on automation practices, testing standards, and quality best practices.
- Design test cases reflecting user needs, real-world scenarios, and customer expectations.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in software testing and test automation is required, with no specific numeric experience range stated.
- Ability to build and scale automated testing across backend, frontend, and mobile domains.
- Experience with functional, security, performance, simulation, and stress testing practices.
