Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business challenges and technical requirements.
- Lead architectural discussions and hands-on implementations for tailored cloud solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer leadership and technical teams.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure cloud systems using various cloud platforms.
- Develop Terraform modules and automation scripts for Kubernetes cluster management.
- Ensure solutions align with cloud best practices for availability, recovery, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align technical solutions with customer goals.
- Provide feedback from customer engagements to inform product development.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, ideally in cloud engineering or solutions architecture.
- Fluent in discussing cloud security and networking best practices.
- Strong proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
- Ability to design robust abstractions and infrastructure components.
- Exceptional communication skills for conveying technical concepts.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
