Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and own the end-to-end technical relationship for assigned customers.
- Understand customer environments, business objectives, challenges, and architectures to align them with Check Point solutions.
- Partner with sales on account planning, campaign development, technical validation, proposals, and technical closure.
- Design and articulate end-to-end endpoint and cross-platform security solutions.
- Lead customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Explain product capabilities, competitive positioning, and current security industry developments.
- Develop strategic technical account plans, manage whitespace and install-base accuracy, and drive product expansion.
- Coordinate Solutions Architects, specialists, Customer Success Managers, Product Management, Engineering, and other resources to achieve customer outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales engineering, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or pre-sales experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of networking, security principles, and typical customer architectures.
- Ability to design and explain end-to-end security solutions for customer environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-influence skills.
- Relevant certifications are highly preferred, including CCNP, CISSP, CCSA, or CCSE.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%, including internationally.
