Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver solution demonstrations highlighting Planet's technical capabilities.
- Build relationships with customers' technical and management staff as a trusted advisor.
- Recommend solutions architecture that fits customer business challenges.
- Craft technical responses to tenders, RFI’s/RFP’s, and unsolicited proposals.
- Partner with sales colleagues to drive technical strategy across customer accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to act as the voice of the customer.
- Attain quarterly and annual sales and operational objectives.
- Represent customer needs to Sales leadership through forecasts and feedback.
- Present to key executive stakeholders within the South Korean Government.
- Mentor team members and lead training sessions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical experience in the South Korean defense and intelligence community.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including internationally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Experience with GIS and Remote Sensing in the Defense industry.
- Preferred experience in IMINT, ISR, and related fields.
- Familiarity with geospatial software and programming languages.
- Ability to design and present complex systems that meet organizational goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive working style.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Experience in processing imagery and building data pipelines.
- Ability to lead technical customer engagements.
- Capability to run workshops or training sessions.
- Eligibility for a South Korean security clearance.
