Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Conduct customer site surveys and evaluate IT and physical environments against deployment prerequisites.
- Lead on-site and remote setup, network connectivity, configuration, calibration, troubleshooting, and functional commissioning of software and RFID hardware.
- Analyze ERP, WMS, and MES architectures and design data exchange interfaces, API integrations, VPNs, firewall configurations, and network infrastructure setups.
- Develop integration software components with the product team when required.
- Guide hardware governance and ensure compliance with applicable GS1 standards, GTIN, SGTIN/EPC, and EPCIS processes.
- Partner with Delivery Managers and Product Owners on deployment timelines, scope documents, access requirements, and technical planning.
- Provide hypercare support, resolve site blockers, log defect tickets, contribute to SOPs and playbooks, deliver end-user training, and transition deployments to support teams.
Requirements
- Strong background in general IT, networking security, and cloud-based software environments.
- Experience with API design, software development using C#, .NET Core, or Python, and hardware integration.
- Mandatory experience in technical consulting, customer-facing delivery, or solutions engineering in global, multicultural enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of GS1 standards, RFID infrastructure, and agile software development workflows.
- Proficiency using AI tools for workflow enhancement, data transformation, and analysis.
- Strong technical problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and customer enablement skills, plus willingness to travel 25%–30%.
