Responsibilities
- Act as the end-to-end technical relationship owner and trusted advisor for customers.
- Understand customer environments, objectives, challenges, and architectures to align appropriate Check Point solutions.
- Partner with sales counterparts to plan accounts, develop campaigns, and progress opportunities through technical validation and closure.
- Design and articulate end-to-end cybersecurity solutions and respond to RFPs and RFIs.
- Present the company’s technology vision and value proposition to executives, CISOs, technical practitioners, customers, and partners.
- Lead customer meetings, product demonstrations, technical discussions, competitive evaluations, and technical account planning.
- Maintain product and competitive knowledge, manage install-base whitespace, and drive expansion and adoption of additional product lines.
- Coordinate Solutions Architects, specialists, Customer Success Managers, Product Management, Engineering, and other resources to achieve customer outcomes.
- Participate in Solutions Engineering projects, professional development, the SE community, and industry events.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales, solutions, systems engineering, or pre-sales experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of networking, security principles, and typical customer architectures.
- Ability to design and explain end-to-end security solutions for customer environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and customer-facing skills.
- Relevant certifications are highly preferred, including CCNP, CISSP, CCSA, or CCSE.
- Ability to travel 50%, including international travel.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
