Base Salary
$122k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for designated strategic customer accounts.
- Provide proactive monitoring and high-touch engagement to prevent production issues.
- Own end-to-end resolution of critical incidents in large-scale deployments.
- Perform deep-dive analysis across the full software stack and system logs.
- Collaborate with escalation and development teams to reproduce complex bugs and improve product reliability.
- Support customers through pre-sales proofs of concept, onboarding, production scaling, and deployment optimization.
- Deploy, secure, and optimize Kubernetes clusters across diverse distributions and environments.
- Author internal and external knowledge-base articles and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of customer-facing technical support experience, including designated or specialized support for critical accounts.
- Proven experience deploying, managing, and securing production Kubernetes clusters.
- Experience with Kubernetes distributions including Tanzu, OpenShift Container Platform, Amazon EKS, RKE, and GKE.
- Deep Linux operating system expertise with specialized storage experience.
- Hands-on experience architecting and supporting solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and vSphere.
- Ability to manage high-stakes customer relationships and navigate technical escalations.
- Strong communication skills for aligning technical solutions with business outcomes.
