Responsibilities
- Design and implement Java-based software components for Transaction Monitoring and Data Controls applications.
- Contribute to cloud and AI capabilities that maximize application automation.
- Design scalable, high-volume enterprise applications with performance tuning, resiliency, and fault tolerance.
- Build agentic solutions and LLM-based applications using relevant AI frameworks and retrieval-augmented generation approaches.
- Collaborate with Cloud Platform, Security, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams to create reusable solutions and share best practices.
Requirements
- Expert hands-on Java development experience with Spring Boot, data processing frameworks, Kafka, and cloud-native applications.
- Experience developing Java components on GCP, including App Engine, GKE, or Cloud Run, and experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with scalable enterprise solutions, performance tuning, resiliency, fault tolerance, and at least one data storage technology such as Oracle or BigQuery.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience developing LLM-based applications and agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, Google ADK, or CrewAI, including RAG.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with globally distributed teams across locations and time zones.
- Preferred experience includes Red Hat OpenShift, Apache Spark, Kotlin, OAuth2, large data integration projects, Drools, data engineering, data security, data quality, lineage, and observability.
