Responsibilities
- Build and maintain self-service developer platforms that improve developer experience and abstract infrastructure complexity.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native resources with attention to performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, reusable templates, and automation.
- Drive fault tolerance, disaster recovery, application scaling, and platform reliability.
- Improve platform operations and observability, monitor platform health, and proactively resolve incidents.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver simple, impactful cloud-native solutions and share best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of production experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience automating workflows and CI/CD pipelines and using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
- Strong ownership of platform issues and long-term scalability and resilience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning in cloud-native tools, technologies, and practices.
