Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and govern enterprise-grade cloud platforms and infrastructure solutions in Microsoft Azure.
- Define cloud architecture standards, reference architectures, governance frameworks, and adoption best practices.
- Support migration of business-critical applications to Azure using modern architectural principles.
- Design and implement Azure Landing Zones, management group structures, and policy-based governance.
- Collaborate with application teams, security specialists, and external partners to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- Drive cloud security initiatives based on Zero Trust principles and Microsoft security frameworks.
- Contribute to hybrid platform architectures integrating Azure, SAP ERP, Kafka, and other business-critical technologies.
- Advise stakeholders on cloud strategy, technology choices, and long-term architecture roadmaps.
- Promote operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement across the cloud landscape.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of Azure networking, identity management, and cloud security.
- Experience guiding enterprise-scale application migrations to Azure.
- Experience implementing Azure Security Baselines and secure-by-design architectures.
- Experience applying Zero Trust Architecture principles.
- Practical knowledge of Entra ID, Azure RBAC, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Conditional Access.
- Understanding of cloud compliance frameworks including ISO 27001/27002, GDPR, and the EU AI Act.
- Experience with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).
- Solid knowledge of Azure governance, management groups, policies, and landing zones.
- Knowledge of the Azure Well-Architected Framework, especially Security and Operational Excellence.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Security Benchmark (MCSB) and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and innovative solutions.
