Responsibilities
- Design, code, and document custom applications, reports, and workflows using Oracle PL/SQL and APEX.
- Configure and manage Tomcat, ORDS, Linux environments, and servers supporting Ellucian Banner.
- Set up and manage Single Sign-On using Azure Active Directory and digital certificates.
- Maintain Banner code using Java and assist with system upgrades and technology modernization.
- Troubleshoot system performance and data-integrity issues and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Consult with end users and stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or business, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Appropriate Oracle Certification.
- Four years of related work experience.
- High proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, Linux server administration, and shell scripting such as RedHat.
- Experience configuring and maintaining Ellucian Banner ERP systems and related servers.
- Working knowledge of SSO integrations using SAML2.
- Preferred experience with Oracle APEX, Banner Finance and HR modules, Banner 9 Admin Pages development, and API/JSON integrations.
