Base Salary

$128k - $192k/yr

Responsibilities

Embed with biopharma and life sciences clients to identify unmet needs and translate business challenges into engineered solutions.
Rapidly prototype GenAI applications, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and data integrations using client data.
Own delivery end-to-end from discovery and whiteboarding through production-ready code, demos, feedback, deployment, and product handoff.
Move between client engagements and product sprints as priorities change.
Document reusable patterns, share playbooks, and feed field learnings and components back into the product.
Present solutions to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with software architects, Solution Leads, domain SMEs, and product teams.

5–8 years of professional software engineering experience with a record of shipping production-quality systems.
Strong proficiency in Python and/or Node.js/React.js and fluency with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud services.
Hands-on experience building or integrating GenAI systems, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic architectures, or multimodal pipelines.
Comfort working directly with clients, presenting to non-technical stakeholders, and incorporating feedback.
Experience in Life Sciences or Biotech is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Work in a structured cohort with direct input into how the team operates.
Collaborate in client-delivery pods with a Solution Lead and domain SME rather than working alone.
Receive support from a dedicated FDE Lead who manages the team and handles cross-client prioritization.
Receive intentional onboarding and a direct feedback loop from field work into product features.
Eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
